This Privacy Notice explains how SyncPro Group Limited t/a Syncovia (“Syncovia”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal data. We act as a data controller for our website and marketing activities and as a data processor when we provide integrations on behalf of our clients.

When we act as processor
For platform integrations (e.g. Uptick, Simpro, HubSpot), we process personal data solely on the client’s documented instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The client is the controller. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures and do not use data for our own purposes.
Sharing & international transfers
We may use vetted sub-processors (hosting, error monitoring). International transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK IDTA / EU SCCs, if applicable). A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to meet legal requirements. For processor activities, retention is per client instruction.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability.
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time via “Cookie settings”.
- Complain to the ICO: ico.org.uk.
Security
We apply least-privilege access, audit logging, encryption in transit, and secure development practices.
